Been working 60 hours a week and still havent sent it in for repair. Took her to a local tot lot and she hit hard on this nice 14k bracelet. I was using the 5.75" coil. Not too shabby..

Ya its hitting the gold/nickel range with some crazy depth and sensitivity...not so hot on the silver though....

Whaaaa? Taheck with the silver! Really great post for several reasons!..first, you are working 60hrs per week, that's amazing in and of itself.. then, you still had the energy to take your machine out swinging, even though you knew it might need a tune up or somesuch :detecting: and to top that off you found a huge chunk of gold most guys would die for!...:puke:
Good gosh man...that's a really nice Find!:clapping: maybe hold off on sending it in for a little?

I prefer to use the smaller coils about 95% of the time, nowadays.
I have posted about this before, but even though these small coils are great for those tot lots, they really shine in my favorite and preferred type of sites to hunt, around picnic pavilions and especially basketball courts.
These can be some of the trashiest sites on the planet, but I have also found a much higher percentage of silver and especially gold around these than all the tot lots I have ever hunted..

Oh yea...GREAT find on the shiny stuff, too.

I get to hunt all the time and find nothing , but you , YOU " look at the gowrld and you work 60hrs , The Lord is graceeous, thats a nice find nice chunk of gowrld, ve nice judging from my find some may get the Impression the outlaw is not a good detector , but i think i had it out one time this year in a park , most is in the barren poor farm eareas, I know its a gold magnet .WTG

There ya go! Nice find sir! Sell that sucker and you'll only have to work 59 hours a week!

It sure makes your heart pound when you find something like that.. Even if I find a tiny piece of silver or gold,, My heart pounds. Good job with a not so broke detector... KEN

Nice find. Found my first outlaw gold Tuesday might. The outlaw should come with a bottle of nitro tablets for under the tongue.
