Had the Edge out this morning

Very cold out this morning. As I headed for the local schoolyard, it started to drizzle...here we go again I thought to myself.

Hoped for the best, arrived at the school ...........lucky me, no drizzle, just windy and cold.
So I began my hunt and started to find some coins, then my first CA half appeared, not silver, dated 2002.
On a roll with some more coins, then it started, the drizzle, very light at first, not enough to pack up yet.
Ahh, some more Loonies and quarters and dimes, pennies, then it came, heavy drizzle.

Packed up and headed to a closed down restaurant on the lake that has the remains of an outdoor patio bar strip with tables.
Grass, yeah, dreams of lost tip change flooded my imagination. Wow, no drizzle there.......got a signal, began to dig. The target appeared---------a brass hash-grass pipe. Then only two pennies. hunted the place good nothing else, looks like some one beat me to it. Then the drizzle came. Packed up and went home.

1/2 hour hunt produced
4 loons
6 Quarters
Some dimes, nickel, pennies and the hash pipe

Going to clean up the pipe and make it gold color again, when finished will post a before and after picture

Harold! You didn't? :bouncy:

Not that interesting to look at, since I'm just about out the door for work, pulled a picture off the web to give you an idea what it looks like.
