had some luck with TTF

Went back to the old house I'm working and slapped on the 6" and re-hunted some areas in MTC with no luck after 30 min. Switched over to TTF using the relic pattern and went back over some already hunted areas again and picked up a few more. I can honestly say the Merc and the 1919 wheat have had the Ultimate over them several times before and also 1 yr ago with my Tesoro ( approx. 1 ft off walkway to front door). The Merc was only about 4" down but the TTF/6" sniffed thru the iron. Think my problem attempting TTF several times before was trying it in locations with more modern trash. It worked well for me today and should help snag a few more that I'd most likely miss in MTC?...... I think I like it....

I hunt in TTF 90% of the time now.

Great job! I use TTF 100% of the time, with an open screen. In the field I hunt, if you get any signal at all that isn't iron, dig it...and there's a ton of iron. I've played with different tones, but TTF is by far the best around iron. Hit a few more pounded spots in TTF...bet you sniff out more keepers!

Yeah.... I'm not sure why I had so much trouble the fiirst few times I tried it but this go round I'm really liking it? Looks like I've got a LOT of re-hunting to do!!!!!

TTF with 8X6 S.E.F. coil are an awesome combo, especially if you are hunting an old dump......nge
