I was swinging by 5 am today - quit at 11:00 am. Not too bad with the heat but the unusual humidity was high. Anyway, I dug 84 coins, 1 Sacky, a 925 necklace, a would be gold ring, a GI dog tag and an 18 K watch cover.

Here's the 20 inch heavy man's silver necklace - made in Italy it says. The gold looking ring is really pretty but not gold. It has 3 characters stamped inside the band that I couldn't read. My test kit showed it to not be gold tho. I took it to the jewelers just now and it's stamped with 3 letters - the place of origin.

And here's a neat brass sunburst that I'll put up somewhere, the GI tag that I will try to locate the owner and the back side of a watch cover. It says 18 K and not anything else about that. Probably referred to the inside workings. A fun 6 hours digging - nap time now ! Steve in so az

The sunburst looks kinda old, and finding a dog tag is really cool! I hope you find the owner!
