Had an excellent few hours hunt today...

:detecting:Met a friend to hunt in Aiken SC this morning and popped 38 clad out of a high school yard. I had to leave at 1130 per we were going to the river fishing for redbellies this afternoon. When I arrived home and gobbled down lunch the wife had made other plans. Well, had an hour or so nap after eating and decided being dirt shooting was better than watching the boob tube. 95 degrees outside here in Georgia today and I headed out to my old junior high school here in town. when I stepped out of the truck and onto the grass past the curb I was parked by the first sweep of the coil got a solid 46 on the 705. Popped it out and swung the coil again just to drop to my knees again. I dug 15 coins in a place the size of 2 bathtubs. In 2.5 hours had well over a hundred coins in a place maybe 3000 sq. ft. I was tickled to say the least. All clad but digging targets is digging targets. All fun! Hardly any trash at all:clapping:I did find a gold plated heart pendant from a necklace in the heat of the action too..................The 10.5" DD in 7.5khz was the weapon of choice this afternoon. I'm going back to dredge it with the 3 khz this Tuesday morning:bouncy:It will give up more!!!!!!
