Had a warm spell so I hit the frozen ground.

Well we have had some good weather for the last two days, it still gets below freezing at night but today was in the 40's. I took the dogs for a run then hit the ball fields, came home with $5.59 in change & a large .925 silver ring. I have been playing with the D2 & have got it figured out as far as pin pointing, I got a few quarters today at 9"+ full bar so I think it will get down to a foot here no problem.

Fantastic outing Bula. Congrats on the silver ring and the deep quarters. You're doing great! It's still snow covered and frozen here. HH, Nancy

Thanks Nancy, I was thinking of you when I was pulling out all of the nickles. They are still my favorite because each one may be a gold ring. Hope this warm spell hits your area so you & Larry can get out. P.S. don't forget to take the dogs.

It's really good to hear that you're not leaving those nickels. I love them too. Ya just never know what you might dig up. I have a feeling that winter is here to stay for a while, but when it does warm up, we'll be out there with the dogs hunting and playing.
