Went to Ruthies music cafe this morning,they were having a jam session there.Ruthie introduced me as a songwriter and six string player,and invited me to GRAB A GUITAR AND JOIN IN!!!!,so I did........Me and another guy traded off playing lead on some different gospel and country songs,folks I have never met before saying 'Take the lead,Steve'!!!!!!!,so I did.All of us there together formed by a common bond:MUSIC,THE BEST GIFT FROM GOD BESIDES HIS SON,JESUS!!!!!They have this every Friday,guaranteed.Next week,I am taking Ms. Taylor ,and her and I are going to lay on them our version of 'Tennessee Flat Top Box',and one or two of our self written tunes.........No word yet on the winners of the Christmas song writing contest in Nashville,they will be posted this afternoon....One guy at Ruthies plays a round neck resonator guitar the same as a regular acoustic,a great sound....I am going to investigate this,much further,oh my,yes..........
