OK this is a first for me. Went into my back yard to play with my MXT 300 and got this nice reading. I was in prospecting mode had read all about it and wanted to try it well here is the result. An old glass jar with a toy cap gun inside it still in working condition. It is a KILGORE Pal cap gun any info would be appreciated.

That's a neat find, can't give you any info on it but I'm going to Goggle it and see what comes up.
Just did a search and if it were in very good condition it would be worth about $20. Looks like they were made in the 1940's to 50's, alot of collectabe cap guns out there.

That's one heck of a cool find. Even the bottle is interesting. Glad you didn't break it. Thanks for sharing and I hope you find out more about it. HH, Nancy

That's a fun find. I remember when I was a kid that Kilgore was the name on the boxes of caps we used in our cap guns around the later forties early fifties. I think it's probably safe to assume the same Kigore applies to both your find and the caps.

That is a little different twist on the ship in a bottle.....

Sure is and now with this older bottle I am going to be more careful when digging never know what the bottles may be worth lol.
