my deep wheats read low around nickel range but they sound the same ,is that true for deep silver

Ive never seen a wheat read as low as a nickel.. maybe your just in trash and the crosshairs are picking up last target seen.. go by audio.. try listing the coil off the ground immediately after the tone your trying to ID and see where it falls on the screen.. its pretty sensitive and will ID stuff disc'ed out so to get a good ID in trash you gotta try to get the target your trying to ID be the last seen.. lifting the coil up and away from it usually will ID it and not a target near by
