GTP VERSES GTI

shing

I was wondering which one do yall like better the graphic targeting profile or the graphic targeting imaging? I,m trying to making my mind up which one to buy.

Both detectors have the imaging feature. The GTP calls it Profiling. Both work equally well. The GTI series size imaging is broken down to sizes- A B C D E, The GTP 1350 is only A B C. The GTP imaging is a watered down version for sizing compared to the GTI series. Both machines get equal depth in my test garden. The GTP has the ability to size an object audibly, the GTI series can not. So, 6 of one.....half a dozen of the other. Both are fine machines. If you require Sizing objects smaller then a coin, and larger then a coin with greater accuracy, get the GTI 1500. If not, get the GTP 1350.

Hope this helps....... :)

Are you comparing the 1350 to the 1500 or to the 2500 or to both. The 2500 is much more detector than both. For the 1350 versus 1500 John nailed it right on the head.

I probably shouldn't have mentioned the 2500. I meant the 2500 without using the true all metal mode, ground balancing or other options over and above what the 1500 has. Sorry if I mislead you. The 2500 is in a different league of its own.
