Imaging is certainly not a fixed science, but can sure help to dig or not dig especially with gold rings and tabs that fall in to the same general area.
goes real deep on that larger object such as a can etc. Unfortunately depending on your soil matrix on coin size objects starts loosing it accurate imaging after 6 inches or so on coin size objects. Proper coil techniques usually give you a right on imaging letter. Sure wish they could fit all the guts in a nice small coil as it would make a nice acc. coil.
For those not aware the 2500 all metal mode that ID's will stand up to all the big boys on depth. Still remember the 13 inch measured Barber dime that ID'd right on the button..
