GTI 2500 Compared to the Whites MXT ????

St Bernard

If anyone knows how dies the Whites MXT compare to the Garrett GTI 2500 as an all around detector? I see the Garrett cost a lot more than the Whites MXT. Any feedback appreciated. Thanks

They are very different machines, being the 2500 having imaging. I would check out dealer videos, manuals etc. What type of hunting your going to do, and what's your experience with machines should come into consideration. Hope this gets you started.

And the GTI 2500 had an unbelievable depth in true all metal mode, even at today's standards. It can also be used with a the eagle Eye for large targets measured in feet, not inches.I have one, and will never sell it, as it has that female voice audio option called "TREASURE TALK"....definitely a collectors item! :)

The gti2500 has a volume control and a back-lite,whereas,the MXT doesn't have either of these.
