I was wondering who uses the 1500 and do you have any tips for me on this Detector I just got mine a couple weeks ago and So far I have only used it in the coins mods is their any one that can give me any pointers on the 1500. Thank you

Yep it is as good as the 2500 in discriminate mode. The only real difference in the two is the true all metal mode of the 2500. The 1500 is a coin magnet!
Found a lot of goodies with the one I had. Take your time and center the target in the coil center while pinpointing to get a good reading on the size of the target. Once you get the hang of it the 1500 will spoil you! You'll never want another detector without the imaging.

Indeed the all metal mode that ID's is as deep as any on the market and is a plus on the 2500 but for all around coin shooting the 1500 is not as boxy with superfulous talking and is much easier ro handle for long periods of time..Dig that block right below nickle as thats where the thin womens gold rings come in and some can have nice stones.

Thank you I have been going out 4 or 5 times a week I work swing shift so I can go most days before work
