GTAx 750 Pinpointing

Purchased a Garret GTAx 750 about 6 years ago and one issue is driving up a wall. PINPOINTING! Ihave yet to find the dead center on that coil. Is there a way mark the center on top of the coil? I'm open to any and all ideas. You'd be amazed how many good targets I've unable to locate because of this. Thankas in advance.

1. The round one: When you have a target, swing the coil in an "X" pattern or a cross pattern. The loudest sound and the highest numbers is the target. It will be aproximately the center of the coil.
2. If you have the oval coil, swing the cross pattern and get the loudest highest number approximately centered. Pull sstraight back and when the sound ends, the target is about straight down from the tip of the coil.
show us some finds.

what coild is it? The guys on the Garrett forum might be able to help better, but we will give outr best as many of us have used or currently use Garrett detectors. Hope you stop by again.

God bless.
