I found thousands of coins with it. It was like 5 x as deep as my prior Radio Shack $95.00 detector. It served me well in parks, woods. I bought the sniper coil for it and discovered a whole new world of hidden keepers along fences and beside sidewalks. I next moved up to the GTI 1500, which was deeper and a little better with the ID accuracy. A great detector with notching abilities.

They are an older machine, no doubt, seems like around the '95-'97 time range. If you can get one on the cheap, maybe $100, go for it
