GT Stopped working??

Hi all,

I have a GT less than year old. I was detecting at the the beach tonight and it stopped working. It has no sound in the speaker or head phones. I changed the batteries and still nothing. Any Ideas??

It's broke. Best to send it to Minelab.
They are difficult to take apart and the odds that something that you could find and repair inside are pretty slim.

It don't take but a drop or two of salt water through the speaker opening to kill it. Actually I'm not sure that high humidity and a large temperature change wouldn't do it. I certainly wish you better luck than I had.
