GT pinpoint mod

Well I did the mod last night. Put everything back together now it a medium to high quivering tone. When I do a air test the tone changes but returns to the quivering tone. So I took it back apart checked all connections and they are right. Does anyone have any Ideas.

I would say you broke the connection fron the shield around the circuit board to the ground wire connected to it.
 
Question how did you wire her up? Do you have a diagram. Critterhunter had one here some were.....And what switch did you use?
 
I found the problem. The foil shield was touching one of the legs on the stereo jack an shorting.so I corrected and working great now. Thanks for the tips.
