gt mount

Use the blue bag that should have come with the GT, hang around you neck and pass a belt through the loop to stop it falling forward when you bend down
 
The new hipmount bag that is made by Minelab comes with a belt you can also use for chest mounting the stock number for it is # 3001-0039 and retails for around $35, but most dealer will sell you one for around $30.I have a picture of it with the pro kit I had here. This bag can be used on the detector when mounted on the pole too and has a see though flap so you can see the controls and velco on it to keep the rain and dust out.

When I get my GT I also would like to chest mount the controls and feel a fly fishermans chest pack ie. Cabela's IJ-942274 maybe the solution.
