GT and EMI?

I used a GT this past Friday and Saturday on a couple of So. Cal beaches and was impressed with it's dry sand performance. It was very quiet and no EMI at all. Haven't tried it under any powerlines yet.

I have used mine next to high power lines and towers no problem whats so ever, even in house it was quiet. Did use it next to a IDX Pro and there was some crosstalk but moved it about four feet from IDX and it was fine.

I'm also interested in how the Whites Coinmaster GT performs on wet saltwater beaches. I'm planning on cashing in my gold rings to get me a 2nd metal detector that will perform well at places my 1st metal detector has problems at including places with EMI and wet saltwater beaches.
