looking to by a conquistador and was wondering if it would be possible to put in a ground bal mod in it?

ground mod for the conquistador is it possible?

I have a Conquistador uMax & was looking into it. The chip is Eldorado with a version #s on it.
Was looking at the Cibola GB mod Sven did & posted, the Cibola replaced the Conquistador. The modification is very nearly the same.
I just disided to buy the Vaquero instead so I would have a 2nd MDer.
Maybe Sven will chime in or you could do a search.............Theres many mods for Tesoro's on this forum & others.

well i know some don't think its much but i'm looking for 10khz and the vaq runs at 14khz to me 8 to 10 khz are to me the best coin finding freqs so thats why i want to mod it

the actual perfect freq for at least silver coins is 2.87khz or very close to that nickels are actually 16khz

I've seen where a SSmax had been modified with a manual GB and that's very similar to the Conquistador

Problems with GB'ing, so I stayed away from this model for modd'ing.
Most Tesoro's can be mod'd.
Thinking about adding another toggle or pushbutton switch for pinpointing on my Eldo.
