Ground Mineralization Reading

As an experienced XLT user, I've graduated to the V3i. While I'm waiting for the ground to thaw I've been reading as much as I can. My first newbie question is, can the V3i read and display (quantify) ground mineralization? If it can, what would be the typical range?
