After moving the coil up and down several times, how do you know if the detector is balanced correctly. My MXT is the first detector that hasn't had manual balance. I've been doing OK just checking if I'm doing it correctly. Rob
 
It's balanced correctly when there is no change of threshold tone when moving up and down.
