Ground Balance

The manual says not to use Ground Balance unless in heavily mineralized areas.
Is it wrong to use it for a typical home site or farm field?
 
I have been using it if the ground is clean enough to gb..sometimes it is not.. and I disable it.... it seems to knock down some of the chatter..
 
It is hard to say what is right or wrong, try it and see if it helps. My ground is pretty mineralized but GB doesn't seem to be an advantage to me.
 
I use it and hav been having good success, but can't say Ihave really done a comparison to not having it on,,,,, I just do it here in the red clay and hot rocks of NORCAL
