Ground balance question

Hello fellow treasure hunters, well I have had my X-70 a little while now and think its a good detector. I would like to ask you a question. Does anyone else get a third very low speratic tone when ground balancing ? Its an added sound besides the sounds you would expect to hear while doing this. Its rather loud and can make hearing what you are listening for hard. Well hope somebody can help me with this issue. I have made sure batts are good, connection is on well, and no dirt under the coil cover. Made sure no targets under the coil as well. HH thanks

Possibilities:

1. EMI interference, make sure you have no cell phones on you. Move to a different geographic location.
2. Sensitivity too high, turn sensitivity down to 15 and try it.
3. Bad coil that is making noise when you pump it up and down. Try pumping it back & forth in the air with coil pointed towards the horizon. Try it in GB & All Metal mode. Also try another coil if you have one.
4. Remove coil connector, look at pins & socket, any dirt/corrosion etc?
