Ground balance mod

Just modded my Silver Saber Max to operate in all metal mode, not done yet.
I would like to do the manual ground balance mod.
Can anyone tell me how to do this? I do know to wire in an adjustable pot to the circut board, but dont know what parts to get.
Thank you for any information on the mod.
 
go to my website www.treasurelinx.com and download the Cibola GB mod file, basically the same, you just need to get a
50K 10 turn ground balance pot. I just picked up some Bournes off ebay for $7.00 each that I was going to use on my Silver Umax.
Just have to make sure it's a 50K or 100K, don't recall for the Silver Saber Umax.
