Grey ghost water Headphones connector question

[attachment 48394 IMG_4538_1.jpg]No one on the net seems to want to show what a "Underwater-pluggable bulkhead connector is standard". What does it look like anyone know? Is what I have pictured considered a pluggable bulkhead connector?
 
I appreciate the photos and info. What are the benefits of having the connector? Are the Grey Ghost that much better for water detecting that you'd spend the $75 for the connector?
 
gray ghosts are far superior to the original minelab phones, even the yellow ones.

gray ghost for the excal are the top - just ask on the forum
