Grey Ghost headphone help Needed....

Hi... I have the original Grey Ghost headphones...
1 vol knob, 1 toggle switch.... they work fine on my CZ5.....but I just got a Cibola and they dont work at all even when I flip the toggle, I even tried using a MONO adapter.....what could be wrong & can they be fixed to work for both units? Who could do that service.

That Fisher wiring is like Minelab machines. The tip is plus and the middle ring is minus. The Tesoro needs tip (and/or ring) plus and the sleeve minus. The switch should do this.
What happens on the Fisher when you change the switch. The position that does NOT work on the Fisher, should WORK on the Tesoro. If not, you have a bad switch, miswire or bad cable (open shield probably).

Sounds like you have a broken wire in the cord as this is what will happen. These can be sent to Detector Pro and be repaired, but not sure of the cost to do this.
