Hello!

I have been lurking for a while since I recently purchased a Coinstrike. This forum is a wealth of information, and I hope to learn more and more from you all.

My father has been detecting for 20+ years, and I started hunting with him in the last few years. It is a great hobby for us because we can go do something fun together.

What could be better than digging in the dirt with your Pop, right?:b

Anyway, hope to get to know all of you, and keep on diggin!

Glad you decided to join us! :welcome: The C$ is an awesome machine! There is a good deal of information available here. There are a lot of people here who have put in a lot of time on the C$. So fire away with the questions and comments......That's why we are here. Be sure to post up some of your finds!

We are in Richmond, right on the Ohio border. Richmond is an hour due East of Indianapolis, and 1/2 hour due West of Dayton, OH.

Thanks, Tony!

Believe me, I have a ton of questions. I have only had the C$ for about a month, but I love it. I had been swinging a Tesoro DeLeon for about a year before I purchased the C$, so I have a lot to get used to:shock:

Welcome Johnny......Like Bugar said maybe we can get together. I live in Marion. Congratulations on purchasing the Best metal detector on the market. You going to hit the Gold prospectors association trade show in Dayton on the weekend of october 22 and 23? Lots of Metal detectors and gold prospecting equipment to look at, lots of fun. I plan on being there the 23rd....I was gonna go both days, but a friend ruined it for me and ask me to be the best man in his wedding on the 22nd. I even offered to take him instead of him gettin married......so far he hasnt changed his mind.
