Greenwoodhunterone, here is what I found out from the Chinese gentleman who was at piano lessons today.

The bottom symbol is the word "SILVER".

The upper symbol is the designation of the standard of silver used in China...I asked him if the symbol meant .925 or .999; he said that the symbol is not a series of numbers, but rather a word designation for the purity of silver of the bracelet.

He is going to research this upper symbol for me this week and will give me more info on the purity of silver of the bracelet as designated by the symbol.
