Greek coin copy

Well me and my yougest son went detecting yesterday at a very small ( one Block ) park . Not a lot of coins but a few . This park was built right on top of a barried pop can dump or something they were everywhere . My best find was a old cruddy greek coin copy , with the help of others we finally figured out what it was so needless to say I am still poor today .. Heres pictures of my coin and what it should look like and our meger finds for the day . I found my coins with my old Ace 250 .
The clear ones are what it should look like in good shape the picture below is what mine looked like after I dug it .....
The bottom picture was our total finds his on one side mine on the other.

How do you know it is fake??? Is the real one made of gold or something?? You may have found something that someone else thought was a toy or trash.

Its marked on one side saying Copy which makes it marked like a legal reproduction coin . We also located pictures of a copy or reproduction just like it after some searching of coin sites by several people .
