Greatdetecting story on national news tomorrow morning!

I saw that story this morning and was really impressed with Mike. A great story, the hobby needs this kind of exposure. THANKS! Gary

Great story saw this on all of our local news stations. Great PR for our hobby however I hope the individual who found the ring doesn't get fined or worse. Its not very well known but all water metal detecting on waters controlled by the DNR in Wisconsin is illegal. This is a recent change the only thing you can do on state lands and waters is look for a specific item after obtaining a permit to do so. Another case of lawmakers making laws not because they are needed but because they can.
