We went to a great steak house tonight & had the cowboy steak and beans. What a meal. It's called Pinnacle Peak - among an old west amusement park setting. I panned for gold - got some too (fools gold). If any of you regulars ever come this way we'll treat you to a steak meal !! And that includes Ken in so az
I'm resting up for an all day hunt out of town Monday - should be quite productive.

Sounds great Steve... I hope to take you up on that offer one day . Well, I haven't done much here. Been working quite a few weekends and really haven't had much chance to make it out at all. Went out last night for a little over an hour. Had a nice relaxing walk on the beach after working from 6am to 3pm. A little clad, a little junk and a metal tag (bigger than a dog tag) that read, "RIP Mama Flora the key to my heart..." along with her date of birth and the day she died. Vicky did a search and found a guy with a website that mentioned the words, RIP Mama Flora. She wrote him but it doesn't appear that it's the same Flora. Would have been incredible if it was.
that time on the beach after working is really relaxing to you. I wonder if people throw ashes of cremation into the ocean & that's what you found. I know they sometimes put these tags inside. Steve in so az
may never get a chance to take you up on that steak but appreciate the offer all the same.
Sure haven't been out detecting in awhile. Heat, hernia and most of all trying to get Sherry's shop built have kept me busy. 3 months and the shop isn't near finished. Should only have taken a month. Sherry is losing distributors! we can't afford to lose any and to see our word not bearing fruit - keep telling em the shop will be done soon - Sherry is about in tears and ready to close her business. I'm getting mad enough to kick butt and forget about taking names but instead I am risking my health to do as much as I can to get the shop done - even at risking my life. God will keep me safe but I sure wish this shop would get finished so we can get on to living less stressful life.
So anyway that is what I've been up to and when time and such allows I practice more on the QChord so I can praise God with it. Motorcycle will have to wait to be fixed. Maybe I will be able to ride it next year. We also have company coming and Sherry's shop is in the spare bedroom - which is needed for our company that will be here week of the 19th.
Pray too for my Dad. He recently fell asleep while driving. Woke up as he left the pavement and hit the gravel. No damage or anything but we think he may have has a mini-stroke and that is why he fell asleep as he put it. He is supposed to be getting a doc appt with his heart doc on Mon so hope he follows through. Hate to lose my Dad in a vehicle accident or otherwise.
