Bought a new Coinstrike on Ebay. I was just starting to get used to it and the LCD screen froze on me. I called Fisher and they took care of making sure my warranty was current and correct and fixed the LCD screen with no cost to me. I have read other responses on here about their service being poor but just wanted to say my experience with them was great. Detector was only gone a couple weeks and it works just fine now. Have three Fisher detectors now, Coinstrike, CZ3D, and ID Excel, and am enjoying all of them. Great detectors!!!
