Great Service From Minelab

I emailed Minelab four days ago, trying to purchase a battery charger for my Sovereign Elite. Thanks to Dick Schultz of Minelab,
a new charger was delivered to my home four days later. Talk abaout GREAT service. Thanks Minelab!!!!

I sent my Excal in with a note inside. Also e-mailed ML and Dick Schultz responded to my questions overnight. Much better than many other major companies. (Radio Shack hasn't even sent an automated reply to a problem I had with one of their dealers and a faulty product) Called Dick a couple of other times and got updates on my Excal's progress. He told me right up front that it would be at least 3 weeks before they could get to it. Not a problem! Mine is not a warranty machine and I can see lots of others were in line way ahead of me. I was glad to get the straight scoop right off the top though. He said they'd call me before they started with the repairs after they determined what was needing repair. So far ML and Dick have my vote.
