Great resource for Civil War hunters

Please go to your libraries and look through the four volume set of "Battles and Leaders of the Civil War" which have official reports and contributions by both Union and Confederate officers giving exact details of most of the battles of the war. Included is a map of each battle that gives detailed locations of all the regiments involved. By overlapping these maps with today's topography maps, one can find exact positions of the armies during the battle and be able to hunt for some great relics. Since I live in the Northeast, I may not be able to hunt these sites, but I want hunters who live in those states to have a better chance of finding some great finds and even have a chance to solve any mysteries that have yet to be resolved from those battles.
Good luck and good hunting!
