I got a courtesy call today from ROBERT at Minelab USA Service Dept. I had talked to Robert a couple of days ago, and asked ROBERT to call me after he worked on my EXCALIBUR. GREAT NEWS, they replaced the chipboard in the control housing, along with putting another NEW COIL on my EXCALIBUR, and they DID ALL THIS, AT THEIR EXPENSE. Like I said earlier this year, MINELAB USA is really WORKING HARD AT TRYING TO DO RIGHT BY THEIR CUSTOMERS/SATISFY THEIR CUSTOMERS! MANY THANKS ROBERT, DICK SHULTZ, and MINELAB USA.
