Great depth with my Explorer II SE

I recently found this treasure in one of our local parks. I had just bought a Sun Ray Probe and wanted to try it out. When first heard the signal I had no idea what I was in for. After digging a hole 8-9 inches deep my probe started to sound off. I ended finding this treasure at 14 inches. Not quite sure what this is so I send a picture in to Mark Parker. I will say this my Minelab and Sun Ray Probe make one awesome machine.

A nice find, AVAL.and congratulations on a fine recovery.

This target is an excellent example of what the 1.5 kilohertz fundamental of the Minelab's transmission spectrum, is there for.

Deep, lower conductivity, and/or 'thick' targets. (I'm assuming your find's metal content, is a brass-alloy.)

The Latin motto is clear in your picture, and give a clue to it representation.

Type this link into your search address location, and read about the literal translation.

Let us know of any detailed account of it origins........MattR.UK
