Great Day!, Newbie here

I've had my Garrett ATPro for just about a year now. I've found lots of clad coins over the past year, one Mercury dime, one Barber dime and loads of junk. But today, a buddy and I went to a site up in the mountains where the Calvary was set up preparing to fight the Indians. What a great day. Pieces of cannonballs, numerous lead balls from inside the cannonballs, bullets and empty casings, and the icing on the cake, two Calvary buttons. I celebrated like I just shot a trophy elk with my bow. Today was easily my best day out and it makes me want to dig even deeper!
Newbie on this site, but looking forward to meeting people with the same passions.

WyoBager Welcome too the Family , Mickfin

That's quite a haul! I like Indian Wars era relics, too. Congrats and welcome!!

Awesome; and welcome! In the trash, it's hard to beat the AT Pro. But the best part, no matter what detector you own, is finding stuff! WTG.
