Went back out to the farm yesterday for a 3 1/2 hour hunt. Dug a nice assortment of bullets. 5 Sharps; 4 - 3 ring Minies; 5 Henry repeating rifle; 3 pistol and 1 ring tail Sharps. All the bullets were fired except the 44 caliber Colt, the ringtail and the Swage base 3 ringer. The weather was sunny, temp was mid 40s and had super day digging. Doesn't get any better than that. Really nice. I like that. Awesome day of diggin' Olddigger. I've never dug that many in one day. You're right, it doesnt get much better....
