gray ghost install - excallibur 1

Excalibur Accessories stick has links. Skim through the entire sticky and follow any likely links. Also do a search in this forum and the modifications forum for "gray, "grey", "ghost", "ghosts", ANY WORDS, ANY DATE. I'm pretty sure when I was digging up thread links to post in the sticky though that I got the cream of the crop of what was out there in thread mods, so might find it right away in there...

I don't have a video on that but I just did 3..wish I had know...here are a few pictures

Unsrcew the cable stress relief pigtail, there is a rubber garment pull it back....cut the wire at that point, then bore out the old cable with a drill or dremel, but make sure you save the little two pin connector, try and cut its wire as long as possible. take the GG wire, slip the pigtail, rubber gasket (which you may have to make one to fit since the GG wire is smaller), put this thur the hole, solder the white pin connector to the GG, don't make any differene which colors. just red and black on the GGUW white is dead (Test to make sure she is correct wire, works) Pull the GG wire back just enough to where the 2 pin connector wire soldered connectionm is in the hole, then tighten the pigtail down, put some epoxy in the hole of the 2 pin / GG wire to seal all, then recheck the pigtail fitting after 24 hours...or I do them for 25 and shipping...and I do the upgrade to the audio...for the excalibur only..grease up the oring seal good, Dow111 or Mcnett silicon grease.
