Gray Ghost Deep Woods Headphones Switches

I just received a pair of Gray Ghost Deep Woods headphones as a present to go with my X-Terra 70. I was wondering if someone could tell me which switch inside is the limiter, and which one is the compatibility switch? Also, which position for each switch is for on and off (nothing is marked inside). Can someone also tell me what the purposes for the switches are (is there a noticeable difference when one or both switches are on and off)? I am pretty new to this hobby and any help would be appreciated.

One is the compatibility switch you hear sound or you don't.. Limiter switch, turn up volume till loud, place a large target and pass the coil above it so you have a loud response and then hit the switch...It will take some of the volume off.. Loud targets won't blow your eardrums out, but still make the whispers louder....
