Brought the dog today,2 coin spills, one down 14 inches the other on the surface, saw the quarters and used the pro pointer to recover them,
the roached out coins were deep. What are the coins below the Quarters?:stars:
Also The AT PRO finds coins deep in wet sand about 14 inches, then after I dig it, wont pick anything up and I have to use the pin pointer to
find the c:shrug:oins?

Thats a good honest looking dog there! Dogs are good for Men to keep company with, keeps us level trying to live up to their expectations of us, somebody said... Nice hunting there!

Roached out is a term pickers use to describe some thing that is no good, worn out,not much left to it.

I believe the not picking it up after digging is from disturbing the metal halo that forms around the object from being in the ground for so long. When its deep the halo allows the machine to pick it up deeper but once that halo is disturbed you no longer have that for it to pick it up and the coin itself is too deep for it to detect.

Nice finds BTW, and also have a golden. Plan on bringing him with for some of my country hunting since he just loves to be with me no matter where I go.

The coins below the US quarters are Turkish coins.
Those are one coin type I have never found...nice find and going on my bucket list.
