I had some time late this afternoon for a hunt, so in a hurry, I grabbed the GTI 1500 instead of the GTP 1350 and took put it in the car. I went to that neighborhood where I have been gridding for some time now and continued where I left off yesterday. Man.....what luck!
A machine had just removed the top four inches of the boulevards for a whole block. Was I ever busy too. There were coins everywhere, and at least half were from the forties on up. I dug up 82 coins in 3 hours, and got some good finds. Included were 7 silver coins, a gold ring and a good assortment of keepers (or junk as my wife refers to it).
Below is a pic of my better finds for the day. It just doesn't get much better then this!
