gp's on the beach

i have been getting emails about beach huntting with the sd' and gp's. i hunt coins on the beaches with the gp 3000 and love it. The signals are easy to learn, even at first. but in time you can fine tune them. and yes you get small metal at 2 ft. you get small metal with any detector, but you dont get the deepth like you do with the gp. all the knobs look like it would be hard to learn. most of them ,you set and forget.this one guy says that this one spot he has been working has been worked so hard, that nothings left. he also said that everyone that hunts their have nothing better than a dfx. i like the dfx, but the gp will walk all over those machines. if he gets a gp and goes back their with a gp, he will clean up the rest of those old 1700's coins that are still their but deep. now is the time to get these gp 3000's or even the sd's. the new gp3500 is out now and the gp3000 are going cheep. if anyone has questions on beach hunting, you can email me at fcvngh@aol.com. im not a pro, but i do hunt the beaches all the time. no question is stupid. you can also write to me on this fourm. what ever is more comfordable for you. good hunting. im trying out my new salt coil in the woods this, because the new beach sand is starting to move in and cover everything. frankie
