GPS Maps of Santa Fe Trail

topeka

New member
Is anyone aware of a source for maps which key historical trails, routes, roads etc (such as Santa Fe, Oregon trail) to GPS info or which can be easily correlated with current maps with GPS info?

All suggestions appreciated.

I know the newer Magellan GPS units will accept MAPSEND 3-D topos & you can upload waypoints of interest to and from your gps. You can also get coordinates from trails.com to upload to gps. Hope this sheds some light for you.
