GPI 2500 Pro

I just bought a new GPI 2500 Pro. I had a ACE250 and that's what influenced my decision. The way the 2500 is advertised it would seem to be a new line but I've been told it's been around for a while. Does the "Pro" line have any improvements or additional chips than the original 2500? JIM
