Got to love it

After finding a few semi filled in cuts started to have a little fun. So for two days, tent pegs were coming up in big numbers. 14 yesterday, and 28 today. Mostly 6" to around a foot deep. I'm hunting a Infinium Pulse Induction with a 8" Mono coil. Coins mixed in and around the pegs here and there. This is along water line , about a 50 yard stretch. Had to just creep along to listen for just the slightest break in the threshold. Had to keep going over the area, cause each wave was bringing in new targets. During today's hunt must've dug my deepest nickel ever. It started out with the faintest of signal. 31coins, a 4" sheath knife, and a light Stirling silver bracelet. No gold but only about half dozen bottle caps and tabs. Dug everything, pegs old and new were everywhere and the bracelet started with just a soft ping, stained black and wasn't all that deep. It is what it is, but it made for a nice hunt for me.

Sure do love the Infinium...when another foot of sand leaves the beach, gold will be within range. Sound like it will work for you also. Sand Begone!

It is nice to find stuff on the beach it can get tough this time of year and cold

It's cool that your even finding anything on the beach and it beats finding little to nothing like a lot of us do! As a side note, I used to go bare foot on the beach before I took up detecting but after coming across shards of broken beer bottles, aluminum cans that sometimes are ripped open with a jagged edge to them as well as rusty nails from pallets that are burned in and around the fire pit's, I no longer go bare foot! There are some beaches that people just light fires on/in the sand and some are covered over by the shifting sand so you have to be careful. The good side to this is while it's a pain in the neck to detect around this stuff, and I generally avoid these areas, you can find coin spills and I've found rings that people loose after they all get liquored upl!!! (or some other crazy antics)!!!lol

Amen, brother! Same here. I cringe when I see kids barefoot at the beach anymore. And don't forget the fish hooks!
