............Turns out I got old Mr.Sciatic nerve all riled up -on BOTH sides this time........From my hip area,all the way to my feet on BOTH SIDES was a mass of VERY ANGRYmuscles-SPASMS?????you wouldnt BELIEVE how bad they were.Dr. said"YEP-your SEE-ATIC nerve(s) are full o'fight;and its yer own fault"(My dr.does notbeat around the bush)......I told him after being released from comp I got back into the walking,and while I was in Colorado,I over-did it in the walking after layin off so long.SO he gave me a streoid shot;some relaxer pills,and as I write this,feelin MUCH better.............I had to put off my camping/detecting trip 1 day till tomorrow,so I would like to say a prayer of thanks for all of our healers out there,human and animal-AMEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!PSr. told me "TAKE IT EASY-YA DONT WANT THIS BACK DO YA???"I think NOT..........................................

Goodness! I think this time ya better take his advice and REST! I think it is very true that we can be our own worst enemy at times! Praying for a speedy recovery.

Well, Steve, from what you posted about your terrible pain, I figured it is your sciatic nerves! Because of my Osteo-Arthritis mine flair up from the least usage and BOY and Man, Oh, Man that hurts! Can't bend over nor stand back up easily or even walk, as it seems the muscles lock up and takes a while for them to loosen up enough to move! I can sympathize with you and anyone else, who have sciatic neves inflamed because the pain is absolutely awful! So be careful while and do not over do or the same problems will be back from misuse! God heals but he also wants us to use Common Sense and godly wisdom in taking care of our own bodies! Anything we do to access brings upon ourselves, WOES! May God Bless! Amen! Ma Betty
