got some velcro and ???

I took some velcro and a little epoxy and made it so they would not spin....some is to hold the wire and some is so the halves/actully the poles break down to 3 but I only seperate from the upper arm and the rest of the rods. so I can make it fit across my handle bars...
Now I can secure it and ride to the park easily.. No I do not want to wear a back pack.
I fly model airplane in the early 80's the same way, by using large rubber bands to hold them to the handle bars..
