I usually don't really hunt parks but i was just coming back from a cornfield i prevously hunted this year well up in Maine the ground is solid rock frozen, well about after 3 digs i called it quits because equipment wasn't holding up to the ground conditions very well so on the way back no one was around in the park area and decided to see if there had been anything lost in the totlot section so i came up with this 23K plated pokemon trading card, almost thought it was junk until i showed my wife and she told me about some of them and sure enough its gold and i'm glad i stopped, the previuos hunt i managed to get a 1918 wheat pennie stove it all up trying to get out of frozen ground

Thumbs up!

Neat and unexpected find. That's one thing I love about this hobby -- we just never know what's going to show up.
